Everyone would recommend anyone to go to Mid Valley to do forex. They have been famous for being the money changer with the best rates for any currency.
They do live up to their name but recently my experience of them is that when you're that famous. You get to choose what to change and what not to change. The lady told me they do not have small change for USD and asked if it's okay for me to get them in MYR. I was a little taken back and decided not to change anything all together.
